Refund policy

At Grounded: Earth’s Kitchen and Tea, we pour love, care, and quality into every blend. Because our products are considered perishable and food-grade, we do not accept returns or exchanges to ensure the safety and integrity of all items.

Damages or Order Issues

We want you to be delighted with your order. If your items arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at grounded.teas@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and do our best to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used tea products

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards or sale items

  • Custom or personalized blends

We do not allow exchanges, as inventory changes frequently and cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

In the rare case a refund is approved (for example, damaged or incorrect orders), it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card to reflect the refund.
