At Grounded: Earth’s Kitchen & Tea, we prepare and pack your order with care to ensure the freshest quality of our herbal teas and natural goods.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday) after your order is placed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Because our products are crafted for freshness, we want to make sure they arrive to you in optimal condition.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method, but most domestic orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.
